Review of the Mini Circle

The Mini Circle had a very successful launch April 25, 2010 on HSN selling well over 32,000 units, but the question remains, Does the Mini Circle work? Fitness celebrity Jennifer Nicole Lee decided to head back to the think tank and follow up her international best selling Ab Circle Pro machine with the release of the Mini Circle.
If you are interested in tightening and toning your tummy, then the circular technology of the Ab Circle Pro, and now the Ab Circle Mini, is really something to consider. The side to side motion targets the core muscle group from unique and effective angles while providing a pretty respectable cardio workout. JNL refers to them as treadmills for your abs, and if you use one, you will definitely feel the burn. Oh Yeah, and all of this in just 3 minutes a day.
Don't get too caught up in the high energy As Seen On TV Fitness sales pitches because we've seen them all before, but Jennifer Nicole Lee is really that way. She believes in her products, works out on her products, and wins competitions as a result. If you follow her program, including the sensible diet tips she includes with every order, you can achieve total success.

How Does The Mini Circle Work?

The Ab Circle Pro machine and the mini circle both work the same way. And that is to let the machine do all the heavy lifting for you while you move from side to side. What I mean is that you don't have to do sit ups, crunches or leg lifts to work those abs. You simply place your knees on the knee pads, lean forward to grip the handles in one of three positions, and away you go.
There is no pain or strain with this easy exercise. The machine is set up to make working the abs easy. You will feel your obliques, lower abs, upper abs, chest, shoulders, and arms all working. If you pull out the pin on the leg bars, you can turn the Mini Circle into a thigh machine while still getting that cardio workout. The motion is smooth and very efficient so you spend a lot less energy to get the most out of your ab workout.
Ab Circle Pro v. The Mini Circle
As mentioned above, the Ab Circle Pro and the Mini Circle are quite similar. The concept is exactly the same but there are physical differences which separate the two. It is important to note that the team behind the Mini have been able to deliver all the Ab Circle Pro features in the Mini so not to worry.
The chief differences between the two are size, weight, and price! The smaller size makes it easier to use anywhere in the home. The diminished weight makes the Mini more portable and easier to store and the price well, It's currently about half of the Ab Circle Pro but that may not last too long.
The suggested retail price of the Ab Circle Pro is $199 and the current price of the Mini is $99 but will increase to $139 this week.
The reason for the change? Well, JNL said she heard what the people were saying. They wanted a lower price point and they wanted something smaller so JNL and her fitness engineers happily obliged. And why not? Developing a way to produce a less expensive version of their smash hit means a lot more sales.
Having said all this please understand that no machine in the world is going to melt all the fat off you if you do not include diet and an over all fitness plan. It's important to work your entire body both inside and out. If you do this the Mini Circle and/or Ab Circle Pro can help you achieve your fitness goals
